Neil Tobin

Neil Tobin currently serves as the Head of the Gaza sub-office at the United Nations Human Rights since August 2017. Prior to this role, Neil held the position of Senior Human Rights Officer and Head of the Regional Office in Kosovo at the OSCE from April 2013 to August 2017. Neil's experience also includes working as a Programme Officer for the Open Society Foundations focusing on Kyrgyzstan and Ukraine from January 2012 to April 2013, and as a Programme Officer for the United Nations in Sierra Leone from December 2007 to November 2011. Earlier in their career, Neil worked as a Community Support Worker at Sunbeam House Services from November 2005 to December 2007, as well as at Rehab Group from August 2003 to October 2004.
