Donna Ramsey-Marshall

Donna Ramsey-Marshall has extensive work experience in various roles at the United States Institute of Peace (USIP) and the University of Maryland. Donna started their career at USIP in 2005 as a Senior Project Officer and later became a Senior Project Manager. Donna then served as the Director of Administration from 2011 to 2016, followed by the role of Managing Director of Facilities and Administrative Services from 2016 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director of Operations at USIP. Before joining USIP, Donna worked as a Faculty Research Associate at the University of Maryland from 2001 to 2005.

Donna Ramsey-Marshall completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Studies from the University of South Florida, which they attended from 1994 to 1996. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in International Conflict Analysis at the University of Kent at Canterbury from 1997 to 1998.
