Grace Williamson

Grace Williamson, MS, GCDF has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of career services and talent management. Grace is currently serving as the Senior Director for Student Professional Development at the University of San Diego's Knauss School of Business. Prior to this, they worked as the VP of People & Talent for North America at Qualitest.

Grace has also held leadership positions at Ashford University, where they served as the Director of Career Services and Alumni Relations, and at Qualitest Group, where they were the US Head of People and Talent. Grace has demonstrated their expertise in leading and directing efforts to provide career guidance and resources to online students and alumni, as well as establishing HR plans and procedures for company personnel.

Earlier in their career, Grace worked at Mapp Digital as a Human Resources Manager and at Princeton University as the Associate Director for Recruitment and Employer Relations. Grace was responsible for managing university-wide on-campus recruiting programs, developing employer relationships, and creating internship and job opportunities for students.

Grace's experience also includes roles at the American Public University System, where they led outreach and business development efforts for strategic education alliances as the Senior Manager for Corporate and Strategic Partnerships. Grace also served as the Senior Manager for Employer Relations, Career Services Program Manager, and Senior Manager for Alumni Relations and Career Services during their tenure at APUS.

Additionally, Grace has worked at the West Point Association of Graduates as the Director for Alumni and Organizational Support. In this role, they provided program management and support for alumni chapters and affinity programs.

Earlier in their career, Grace worked as an Adjunct College Instructor at St. Thomas Aquinas College.

Throughout their career, Grace Williamson has demonstrated their expertise in career services, alumni relations, talent management, and strategic partnerships. Grace'swork has focused on providing guidance, resources, and support to students, alumni, and organizations to enhance career development and opportunities.

Grace Williamson holds a BA in Communications and English from Baylor University (2001) and an MS in Organizational Leadership & Administration from Concordia University Ann Arbor (2002-2004). Grace also completed a study abroad program at the University of Oxford in Early Modern Political Thought and Shakespearean English in 2000. In addition, Grace has completed training in Certified Federal Career Counseling, obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University, and is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator.
