Heather Vega

Sr. Manager of Customer Experience at Updater

Heather Vega has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 2001. Heather began their career at Bechtel National, Inc as a Supplier Quality Administrative Assistant, where they coordinated training and served as the point of contact for a training test database. In 2007, they joined Amazon as a Customer Service Associate, providing excellent customer care and assisting in training new employees. Heather then worked at Coinstar as a Customer Service Agent before joining Outerwall in 2010. At Outerwall, Heather served as a Senior Quality Analyst, owning administrative duties, reporting, and guidance for CX and call recording tools. Heather also developed and maintained quality standards for internal and outsourced agents, conducted evaluations, and facilitated calibrations. In 2017, Heather joined Redbox as a Senior Vendor Performance Liaison, managing operational aspects of customer service, vendor relationships, quality programs, and process improvement initiatives. Heather was also involved in handling escalations and co-led a $1 million savings initiative. Most recently, in 2022, Heather became a Sr. Manager of Customer Experience at Updater.

Heather Vega completed their high school education at Pasco High School from 1992 to 1995, earning a diploma with a focus on general studies. In addition, they obtained a ClickUp Novice Certificate from ClickUp in March 2023.
