Location: Warsaw, Poland 

About the position:

As Commercial Finance Analyst, you provide input in budgeting and forecasting for sales, marketing and business planning to achieve organisational objectives.

Being on this role you have a real impact on business decisions and can see their results. Your reports will be used by all regional directors your analysis will be base for numerous of Business Cases. Your ideas can be implemented not only for Poland but also for the region. You will have opportunity to work with different departments and take part in various global projects. 

Main responsibilities:

Supporting Commercial Finance Manager in forecasting as well as annual planning process.

Creating various meaningful reports in timely manner e.g. Daily Sales Report, Profit Steer.

Supporting in trend analysis – customer / product / channel.

Performing of defined month end activities & controls for commercial finance.

Supporting the commercial team through project evaluation and modelling.

Focus on continuous improvement of the reporting as well as operational processes on an ongoing basis.

Last but not least, special projects and ad hoc reporting as required. 

So, what does it take to be successful in this role?

You have at least 2 years of experience on similar position, ideally in FMCG industry.

You have practical advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point Power BI. 

You have first experience in stakeholder management that will make you a real business partner.

In addition,  you have excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-finance audiences.

Strong analytical skills with high attention to details are also very important.

Continuous improvement mindset with “can do” attitude.

Proficient Polish and advanced English are also required.
