Jo Dawn Whitlock has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Jo Dawn began their career in 2001 at UPS as an Account Executive, and later became an Area Sales Manager. In 2007, they joined UPS Capital® as a Senior Business Development Manager. From 2009 to 2012, they served as the Director of Sales for the West Region, leading a team to sales plan success. From 2012 to 2019, they were the Global Field Marketing Director, implementing marketing strategies and analyzing customer life cycles. Since 2019, they have been the Head of Europe Operations at UPS Capital®, overseeing various teams and driving growth and profitability in the Europe Region. In April 2021, they were promoted to the role of Vice President at UPS Capital®.

Jo Dawn Whitlock has a diverse education history. In 2015, they completed an Executive Perspectives Course at Emory University's Goizueta Business School, focusing on leadership. Jo Dawn also attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2011 to pursue a course in Finance and Accounting for the Non-Financial Executive, with a similar emphasis on leadership. Earlier, they obtained a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from National University between 2003 and 2005. Furthermore, Jo Dawn Whitlock holds a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Business Communications, which they earned at Point Loma Nazarene University from 1997 to 2001. In terms of additional certifications, they are currently enrolled in the UPS Digital Fluency Program Cascade, offered by Emory University and expected to be completed in 2023.
