Catherine Read, MA is a National Director of Partnerships & Community Engagement for Upstream USA. She joined Upstream in mid-2019 to lead the partnerships team in North Carolina where she developed the external relations strategy, including managing the team in the identification, recruitment and shepherding of healthcare agencies through Upstream’s intervention, ensuring the execution of the stakeholder engagement plan and building a community of health care agencies, NGOs and policy leaders, pursuing reproductive health equity.
