Maya Sawla

Maya Sawla is serving as the temporary Director of Strategy for Upstream USA. She is part of the Growth, Strategy, and Partnership Success team and is responsible for helping build out the strategic foundation for Upstream. Prior to joining the Upstream team, Maya graduated with honors from Duke University and then spent 3+ years with Bain & Company in their Dallas office as a management consultant. During her time at Bain & Co., Maya worked on several large-scale strategic projects for clients in both the corporate and non-profit sectors. In her free time, Maya enjoys visiting national parks and creative writing.
