Keisha O’Marde-Jack

Keisha O’Marde-Jack is the Chief People Officer for Upstream USA. Her focus is the engagement, development and growth of all Upstreamers – optimizing them for their future missions ahead.

Before Upstream, Keisha held impactful roles in a variety of industries including global manufacturing, hospitality, telecommunications and banking, in the US and also in the Caribbean. She is passionate about making an impact and her diverse experience allows her to contribute meaningfully towards Upstream’s mission.
