Gloria Lallave, PHR, FPC has extensive work experience in human resources and benefits management. Gloria most recently worked at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee as the Associate Director of Benefits & People Systems, where they managed benefits administration, developed efficient processes, and oversaw year-end processes. Prior to that, they were the Manager of People Systems at the same organization, where they developed technology strategies and acted as a project manager for HR technology solutions.

Before their time at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, Gloria worked as the Human Resources & Payroll Manager at Picture Show Entertainment, LLC, responsible for all aspects of HR and payroll operations. Gloria also worked as a Senior HR Generalist at Envision Radiology, supporting employee relations, recruitment, and payroll processes. Additionally, Gloria gained experience as a Senior HR Consultant at ADP, where they provided support to clients in various HR processes and assisted with the setup and navigation of HR information systems.

Gloria Lallave, PHR, FPC has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resources Management from Troy University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they hold multiple certifications, including the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) and Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) obtained in May 2011. Gloria also obtained the SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in May 2015. Gloria further enhanced their education by attending the Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth in 2023, where they completed the Impact Academy, Management Essentials program. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Time Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn in June 2023 and HR Analytics from Cornell University in March 2023.
