Scotty Conley

Scotty Conley has a wealth of experience in the field of football operations and coaching. Currently, they serve as the Director of Football Operations at Utah State University. Prior to this, they held the position of Assistant Athletic Director of Football Operations at Arkansas State University. Scotty also worked at the University of North Texas, where they held the roles of Director of High School Relations and Director of Football Operations. Before their time at North Texas, they were the Head Football Coach at Texas A&M University-Commerce and Trinity Valley Community College. Conley began their career as an Assistant Football Coach at various universities, including the United States Naval Academy, Howard Payne University, University of Arkansas, Rice University, and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
