Prior to this, Vikas held various HR roles at Mahindra Group, SAP, GE Power, GE Oil & Gas, GE Global Research, and GE Germany. Vikas has a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from RV College Of Engineering.
