Casper Teijema has over 30 years of work experience. Starting in 1988, they began their career as an Apprentice at Digital Equipment Corporation. In 1990, they moved to Oracle and held various roles including Sales Rep, Financials & CRM, Service Line Manager, Applications, and Consultant. In 2000, they joined BroadVision as the Practice Director, Global Services. In 2004, they moved to Novell and held the roles of Business Unit Manager, Identity & Security Management, Director, Sales and Consultancy, and Director, Consultancy Services. In 2009, they joined NetIQ as the Director, Cloud Computing & Service Providers and Compliance Management Sales. In 2013, they moved to CA Technologies as the Account Director, Global Service Providers and Sr Security Strategist. In 2017, they joined Kaspersky as the Global Partners Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they joined ValueBlue as the Director, Professional Services.

Casper Teijema obtained their BSc in Electronics and Computer Technology from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) between 1986 and 1990. In May 2017, they also obtained a SAFe Agilist (SA) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
