Pryscilla Adame is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Vandelay Hospitality Group since March 2023, Pryscilla previously held the position of Executive Sous Chef at Patina Restaurant Group from December 2021 to February 2023, and worked as a Sous Chef at the same establishment from September 2019 to June 2020. Additional experience includes a role as Sous Chef at Fundamental-LA from March 2018 to March 2019. Pryscilla holds an Associate's degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Pasadena, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Cal State LA College of ECST, alongside a High School Diploma from Bell Gardens High School.
