Nicola Lipson

Nicola Lipson has extensive work experience in the HR field, spanning over several decades. Nicola currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at Vanquis Banking Group since September 2022. Prior to this, from April 2022 to October 2022, they worked as the HR Business Partnering, Culture & Engagement Director at Provident Financial Group (PFG).
