Catherine Diamond

Catherine Diamond has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Currently, they hold the position of Communications, Culture and Engagement Director at Vanquis Banking Group, where they have been working since September 2022. Prior to this, they were the HR Change Director at the same company from April 2022 to August 2022. Catherine also served as the HR Director (Moneybarn) at Vanquis Banking Group from July 2017 to April 2022.

Before joining Vanquis Banking Group, Catherine worked at TSB Bank as the Engagement and Culture Lead from May 2013 to June 2017. Prior to that, they were associated with Lloyds Banking Group in various senior HR roles, including Senior HR Business Partner (Verde Divestment) from September 2012 to April 2013, Senior HR Business Partner London 2012 from May 2010 to September 2012, and Senior Talent & Development Partner from February 2008 to April 2010.

Catherine's earlier experiences include working as a Senior HR Business Partner at HBOS plc from July 2007 to January 2008, an HR Business Partner at HBOS plc from November 2004 to June 2006, and a Learning and Development Consultant at Bank of Scotland from November 2002 to October 2004. Catherine also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page from October 2000 to October 2001 and began their career as a Graduate Management Trainee at John Lewis from October 1996 to October 2000.

Catherine Diamond obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Glasgow Caledonian University between 1992 and 1996.
