Ron Massey

Ron Massey has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Ron recently served as the Chief People Officer at Vault Health, where they helped accelerate better health outcomes through innovative clinical research and digital-first care delivery. Prior to this, they held the same position at Solera, Inc., leading a global HR organization and driving cultural transformation. Ron also served in various roles at BT in the Americas, including Chief Human Resources Officer and VP of Strategic Resourcing, Global Services. Ron started their career at Circuit City Stores and CarMax in human resources roles before moving on to Capital One as a Senior Director of Human Resources.
