Geoffrey W. began their career in 2014 as a Reconditioning Associate at CarMax. In 2015, they joined Oracle as a Customer Service Admin, where they made inbound and outbound calls to and from sites having issues with their Point Of Sale software. Geoffrey was then promoted to Global Technical Services - OPG Level 2 Specialist, where they worked in collaboration with the Level 1 team to solve incidents or issues escalated from this team and worked with the Development team to explain and detail the issue for a correct understanding and fix. In 2017, they moved to RIVERVIEW SCHOOL DISTRICT as a Computer Technician I, managing support for 3 Elementary schools comprised of 700+ Students and 200+ teachers and administrators. In 2019, they joined Verasonics as an Information Technology Systems Engineer and Information Technology Specialist, where they helped manage and support all IT systems, supported end-user devices, Macs, and PCs, and sent devices for repair, and life-cycling older devices. Geoffrey also helped manage servers, network implementation, and upkeep.

Geoffrey W. attended Ephrata High School from 2006 to 2010, and then went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Technology from Brigham Young University - Idaho in 2016.
