Carrie Miller

Carrie Miller, PMP, CSM has over 20 years of experience in project management and leadership roles. Carrie is currently the Director of Technical Project Management at Verisign, where they oversee multiple projects and manages a team of Technical Project Managers. Prior to Verisign, they served as a Program Director at Shift4 Payments, where they partnered with stakeholders to develop and execute an operational improvement program. Carrie also held the position of Director of Engagement Management at MicroStrategy, where they improved forecasting and developed project management processes. Carrie's previous experience includes roles such as Director of Client Operations at Personify Corp, Director of PMO at GridPoint, and Director of Project Management at Sallie Mae. Carrie also worked as a Project Manager at K12 and held various roles at Network Solutions, including Product Manager and Project Manager. Overall, Carrie Miller has a strong background in project management, operations, and process improvement.

Carrie Miller, PMP, CSM has a B.S. in Education from Eastern Illinois University. Additionally, they hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification obtained in 2007 from the Project Management Institute, and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification obtained in 2019 from the Scrum Alliance. In 2016, they also obtained a Scrum Fundamentals Certified certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
