Jaimie Guzmán

Jaimie Guzmán is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in community outreach, program coordination, and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Community Projects and Stand Down Coordinator at Veterans Village of San Diego, Jaimie successfully executed the 2024 Stand Down event and implemented the VVSD Volunteer Corps Program. Previous roles include Program Director at NetWork Volunteers, where Jaimie coordinated a large-scale Corporate Service-day event resulting in significant philanthropic impact, and Fair Housing Program and Community Outreach Coordinator at CSA San Diego County, achieving a remarkable increase in grant deliverable completion rates. Jaimie holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Legal Studies and Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and has demonstrated strong capabilities in project management, social justice advocacy, and community engagement throughout various positions.
