Thinker, tinker, and software guy, Pui approaches real estate as a satisfying puzzle to solve, using his depth of project knowledge and focus on efficiency to create profitable products. He is a seasoned technology leader and software engineer with a knack for developing the best technological tool for the job. With a degree in Computer Science from Oregon State University, Pui joined the multi-family real estate community after a decade managing properties of his own, and discovered a niche at Vibrant Cities as a co-founder and technology guru. Pui also graduated from Harvard University Graduate School of Design’s Advanced Management Development Program. Pui cares for tenants, investors, and teammates to develop properties into warm loving homes. He is dedicated to bringing life into buildings with the same care and compassion he gives to his family.
