Sarah Elsner has a diverse background in hospitality and customer service, currently serving as a Dining Room Host at Vine Hospitality since February 2023, where responsibilities include relationship management and personalizing guest experiences. Prior experience includes roles as a Barista at Timeless Coffee and Highwire Coffee Roasters, where Sarah earned recognition for exceptional customer service and handled high transaction volumes. Earlier positions as a Hostess and Barista at Tartine Bakery involved managing large guest parties and providing exemplary hospitality. Sarah has also held various roles in business development and nonprofit management, including serving as a Deputy Director at the Illinois State Crime Commission and a Development Manager at the Alisa Ann Ruch Burn Foundation. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Spertus Institute of Jewish Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Chicago State University.
