Luis Hernandez has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 at Grupo Cinemex where they worked as a Staff Member. In 2013, they joined Café Central as a Barista and later took on the role of Supervisor de Tienda. In 2016, they transitioned to Virket Group where they started as a Junior Customer Care Executive and progressed to becoming a Senior Customer Care Executive. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Customer Care Supervisor, and as of December 2019, they hold the position of Head Of Customer Care.
Luis Hernandez pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2016 to 2019, they attended Centro de Estudios Comerciales & Computación ''Simon Bolivar A.C.'', where they obtained a Tecnicatura degree in Cocina y gastronomía, general. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2016, they completed their Bachillerato at Universidad Popular Autónoma de Veracruz. Along with their formal education, Luis also obtained a certification in Liderazgo y Empowerment from Tecnológico de Monterrey in November 2021.
