Shanjida Jui

Shanjida Jui, MPH, currently serves as a Research Technical Manager at Vital Strategies, focusing on analytic product development for overdose prevention and substance use disorder (SUD) treatment. With prior experience as an Epidemiologist at the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, Shanjida contributed to COVID-19 outbreak investigations and data monitoring. Additional roles include positions as a Student Research Assistant at UConn Health and Hartford Hospital, where Shanjida supported clinical research projects and participant data collection. Shanjida’s educational background includes a Master of Public Health from The University of Connecticut Health Center and dual bachelor's degrees in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology and Sociology from the University of Connecticut.
