Duane Goodger

Duane Goodger has extensive experience in safety and wellbeing roles, with a focus on the retail industry. Duane most recently served as the Head of Safety & Wellbeing at Viva Energy Australia and previously held the same role at Coles Express. Prior to that, they were the Head of Safety & Security at Coles. Duane also worked at Endeavour Drinks Group as the Divisional Head of Safety and as a Care & Safety Manager, responsible for brands such as Dan Murphy's and BWS. Duane also held positions at Woolworths Limited, including Group Senior Safety & Health Investigator and State Prevention Manager. Earlier in their career, Duane worked at Woolworths Supermarkets as a Safety Health and Environment Manager and a Store Manager.

Duane Goodger completed their education history with a Master's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Wollongong, obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they had earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the same university, with a period of study from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, Duane obtained a Diploma in Management and Leadership from TAFE Illawarra, completing their studies from 2002 to 2005.
