Mika W. has a diverse work experience starting in 2011. They began as a Server and Hostess at Samah Hookah Lounge, where they were promoted to key holder responsibilities after one year. In 2013, Mika worked as a Hostess at Ovie Bar and Grill. From 2011 to 2013, they also worked as a Lab Assistant at Columbia College Chicago, assisting students with lab technology. In 2015, Mika joined Vivid Seats LLC as a Customer Support representative and later transitioned to a Fraud Analyst role in 2017. Currently, Mika serves as the Team Lead for the fraud team at Vivid Seats, overseeing day-to-day operations and providing ongoing training for agent development.
