Charles Bergeron SHRM-SCP, MBA has had a successful career in Human Resources. In 2005, they began their career as a Human Resources Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc. where they managed all HR generalist duties for each store location. In 2010, they moved to Converse as a Global Human Resources Manager and Business Partner, where they provided HR leadership and managed employee relations cases from investigation to formal coaching and separation. In 2013, they moved to United Technologies as a Global HR Manager, where they provided strategic HR leadership to all business functions and led due diligence findings for two business divestitures. In 2014, they became the Director of Human Resources at Cole Haan, where they provided strategic and direct HR business partnership to executives, retail directors, and field leaders. In 2018, they became the Chief Human Resources Officer and VP of Human Resources at Prime Automotive Group, where they developed a comprehensive HR strategy and led an engaged HR team. In 2022, they moved to Alert Innovation as Senior Director and then Director of People Operations. Finally, in 2023, they became the VP of People at Walden Local Meat Co.

Charles Bergeron SHRM-SCP, MBA holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Southern New Hampshire University, which they obtained in 2017 after studying Business Administration. Charles also holds a Bachelors from Newbury College, which they obtained in 2006 after studying Business Administration. In addition, they hold a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach from Gallup, which they obtained in February 2016, and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, which they obtained in June 2016.
