Dovidena del Campo has a diverse and extensive work experience in the fields of digital communication, social media, and marketing. Their most recent role was as the Director of the Department of Digital Communication, Social Media, and Analytics at Weber Shandwick, where they served as the Vice President. Prior to that, they were the Responsible for the Department of Digital Communication and Social Media at the same company, where they worked as an Account Director. In this role, they were responsible for strategic consulting in areas such as social media, influencer marketing, online advertising, social listening, analytics, SEO, and digital content. Additionally, they contributed to new business proposals.

Before joining Weber Shandwick, Dovidena worked as a Social Media Manager and Digital Consultant at Fundación UNED and as a Professor at UNED, where they taught a course on Community Management. Dovidena also held the position of Social Media Manager and Digital Marketing at Grupo Restalia for a short period.

Dovidena gained valuable experience as a Paid Media and Social Strategy specialist at GymForLess and as a Social Media Manager and Communication Manager at Groupalia, where they eventually took on global social media management responsibilities and assumed the role of DirCom. Their responsibilities at Groupalia included developing and executing the social media strategy, coordinating the social media team, managing corporate communications, monitoring and analyzing results, supporting the sales team, engaging with online influencers, providing training and support to other departments, assisting the marketing department with copywriting, and leading the corporate blog.

In addition to their professional roles, Dovidena has also contributed as a Speaker and Professor at various universities, courses, and associations, sharing their expertise in the field of digital communication. Dovidena started their career as a Community Manager and Account Executive at Digital Seed, working with clients such as Ausonia, Bacardi, Skoda, and Orange. Prior to that, they gained editorial experience as an Editor in three magazines at Ediciones Izaro and as a Public Relationships specialist at Diario Ultima Hora.

Dovidena del Campo started their education in 2002 and completed their Licenciatura degree in Periodismo (Journalism) from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea in 2006. In 2008, they pursued further studies and obtained a Máster degree in Comunicación Digital Interactiva (Interactive Digital Communication) from Universitat de Vic – Universitat Central de Catalunya in 2010.

In addition to their academic achievements, Dovidena del Campo has also obtained certifications outside of their formal education. In August 2022, they completed the "Google Data Studio esencial" certification from LinkedIn. In August 2021, they obtained the "LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Fundamentals" certification from LinkedIn. These additional certifications highlight their commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools and techniques.
