Tala Marini

Tala Marini has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Public Speaker for Toastmasters International from July 2017 to November 2018. Tala then worked as a Staff Writer for AUB Outlook from January 2018 to May 2019. Tala also held the position of Coaching Guest Speakers for TEDxAUB from September 2018 to May 2019. In 2020, they became a Senior Digital Account Executive at IMPACT BBDO, where their responsibilities included content development, creating reports, and developing communication strategies. From May 2021 to April 2023, Tala worked at Edelman as a Senior Public Relations Account Executive, managing day-to-day account work and serving as the primary lead for a global automotive account. Currently, Tala is an Associate Account Manager at Weber Shandwick, starting their role in April 2023.

Tala Marini completed their education in a chronological manner. Tala first attended Thamer International School from 2001 to 2014, where they obtained a High School Diploma with honors. Following that, they pursued higher education at the American University of Beirut from 2015 to 2019. At the university, they earned a Bachelor's degree with Distinction in Mass Communication/Media Studies. Tala Marini also achieved academic recognition during their time at the American University of Beirut, as they were named on the Dean's Honor List in January 2018 and August 2017.
