Victor Martinez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Victor began their career as a Reporter for PINI, where they produced content for the website and Revista AU, specializing in architecture. Victor then moved on to Buriti Films, where they worked as a Content Editor, producing and editing content for the Tela Brasil Portal and conducting interviews with notable figures in the film industry.

Victor then joined TODOS ARQUITETURA as a Social Media specialist before transitioning to Glamurama, where they served as a Producer, Reporter, and Photo Editor. In this role, they coordinated photo shoots, curated images, and wrote lifestyle and culture articles for Joyce Pascowitch Magazine and Poder Magazine.

In 2017, Victor joined Trip as a Special Projects Coordinator, where they focused on content production and live marketing for various platforms and partnered with brands such as Netflix, Nike, and Nestlé. Victor stayed with Trip until 2021.

Most recently, Victor worked at Weber Shandwick as a Creative Copywriter and Manager in Strategic Planning. Victor developed creative briefs, conducted research, and defined strategies for special projects involving clients such as Itaú, HBO Max, and Warner Bros. Discovery.

Throughout their career, Victor has gained experience in strategic planning, copywriting, content production, project coordination, and photo editing.

Victor Martinez pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2007 to 2010, they attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, where they completed a graduation course in Social Communication - Journalism. Following this, they enrolled at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2010 to 2015, completing another graduation course in Social Sciences. More recently, from 2020 to 2022, Victor Martinez attended MBA USP/Esalq, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing.
