Mai Etl is currently the Head of People & Culture at wellabe. Prior to this, they were with Rasoul Etl & Co - People Solutions and Kieser Australia, where they served as Chief People Officer. Mai has also worked as a University Lecturer at the Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln.

Mai Etl is an expert in the field of human resources and has a wealth of experience in both the private and public sector. Mai is a passionate advocate for the importance of people and culture in achieving organisational success.

Mai Etl has a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Science from Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln.
