Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders and managers to build their people skills, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organizational objectives.
Employee and team relations. Advise managers and employees through performance concerns and facilitating disciplinary procedures where necessary.
Career development.
Performance management.
Compliance management.
Executing various projects as assigned by the Director, HR.
Supporting the implementation of HR solutions and processes.
Creating and delivering employee and leadership training programs as needed.
Partner with business leaders and HR team members to manage the company’s succession plan globally.
Executing regular employee satisfaction surveys and exit interviews; recommend change and cultural enhancements to improve employee relations and retention.
Developing, recommending, and implementing HR policies and procedures including edits and updates to current policies.
Maintaining and overseeing relationships and issues with employees as needed.
Maintaining accuracy of company and employee data in the HR System.
Facilitate New Employee Orientation and maintain onboarding content.
