At WorkForce Software the Operations Resource Management Project Analyst is a key member of the Global Services Operations Team and provides support in project control activities including, but not limited to, project status reporting, financial analysis, resource staffing, collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support the successful delivery of internal and external projects.
Responsibilities
Data Analysis
Resource Management
Assist as a day-to-day liaison between the Operations team (particularly Resource Management office) and project managers, competency center leaders, providing resource staffing updates, clarifying questions and problem solving to ensure utilization globally
Plan and participate in global staffing meetings with leadership, team leads and project managers regarding status of “in-flight” projects and opportunities and review resource needs
Ensure all resource requests are entered into OpenAir correctly, prioritized and communicate updates with requesters
Help ensure data accuracy in the NetSuite OpenAir system. This includes making edits in a timely manner (start/end date changes, updating resource allocations based on project resource plans, extensions, auditing the forecast, etc.)
Maintain awareness of all resources to maximize billable utilization
Create and maintain resource allocations for all global projects aligned to the Professional Services Department in NetSuite OpenAir
Assist with creating and maintaining process documents
Schedule meetings, create agendas, share meeting notes
Coordinate with external Partners as needed to close capacity gaps
Create, audit, and send contracts for external partner resources
Requirements
Experience in business operations, related to project and resource management for software implementations and delivery
Strong experience in data analysis
Advanced knowledge and proficiency with MS Office products, especially Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Ability to work as a team player
Collaborates well with a positive attitude and willing to go the extra mile to add value to the team
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Has a “no task is too small attitude,” pays close attention to detail, and is willing to support with all types of deliverables ranging from production work to high-profile projects.
Highly organized, detail-oriented multi-tasker who excels at operating with agility in a fast-paced environment
Experience with NetSuite OpenAir a plus

Associate degree or equivalent experience.
