Jonathan Berlinski

Jonathan Berlinski is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership and specialized roles. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Workleap since November 2021, Jonathan focuses on enhancing employee experiences through innovative software solutions for distributed work. Previous positions include Talent Acquisition Lead at DRW, where the emphasis was on trading technology, and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Nuance Communications, a leader in AI technologies. Additional experience includes managing roles in recruitment at Vanguard HR and technical staffing at Calian Group, Modis, Robert Half, and independent contracting. Jonathan also co-founded Event Media Agency, overseeing its operations in digital broadcast advertising, and started their career at Eye Candy Media in account management.
