Charlotte Jiskoot has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2010, they worked various part-time jobs before joining The Student Hotel as an Operations Assistant in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Guest Services Agent at One&Only Resorts before transitioning to Picnic Technologies as a Customer Service Agent. Charlotte then joined The Renewal Workshop in 2020 as a Customer Service Representative. Currently, they are working at Workwize as a Customer Support Manager since February 2022.

Charlotte Jiskoot has a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Amsterdam, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Het Baarnsch Lyceum from 2006 to 2012, where they completed their VWO/Scientific Education with a focus on Economics & Society and Culture & Society. Currently, Charlotte is pursuing their studies at The Yoga Therapy Institute, specializing in Yoga Therapy from 2021 to 2024. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including a 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher certification from Pure Energy Yoga in July 2020, a 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher certification from Yoga with Natalia Fata in June 2020, and a Teaching English as a Foreign Language Course (120 hours) certification from THE TEFL ACADEMY - Leading EFL Teacher Trainer Provider in April 2017.
