Tony Childs is currently working as the National Customer Service Manager at World Courier. Previously, Tony held roles such as National Customer Care Manager and Customer Care and Quality Assurance Manager at I-MED Radiology Network. Tony also worked at Qantas Airways as an Operational Risk Manager and Manager of Customer Service. Prior to their aviation career, Tony served as a Detective Senior Constable at Victoria Police and as a Foreign Exchange Dealers Clerk at ANZ. Tony holds a Master's of Business Management and a Graduate Certificate of Risk Management from Swinburne University of Technology, as well as a Diploma of Freelance Journalism from the Australian College of Journalism. Tony completed their high school education at Beaumaris High School.
