Mando Valencia

Mando Valencia has work experience as a Ranch Hand, managing weekend mornings at Morningstar Ranch; a Project Biologist, overseeing construction projects and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations at WRA, Inc.; a Design Consultant, creating digital and print designs for businesses and independent endeavors at AntiPro Design Co.; a Barn Manager, taking care of over 40 horses and overseeing equine care and land management at Rancho De Los Amigos; a Production Artist, coordinating graphic design and photography for Oaklandish; and a VR Specialist & FOH Manager, managing virtual reality experiences and events at Revery: VR Bar. Additionally, Valencia worked as an AV Production Assistant at Optimist Inc., a Process Assistant and Problem Solver at Amazon Logistic Operations, a Certified Makeup Artist at SEPHORA, and an Agricultural Aide at the California Department of Food and Agriculture.

Mando Valencia earned an Associate of Arts degree and an Associate of Science degree in Humanities, Philosophy, and Arts and Math and Science respectively from Riverside City College in 2013. Later, in 2022, they completed a certification program in Equine Welfare and Management from the University of California, Davis. Mando then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies from California State University - East Bay from 2022 to 2024. In between, in 2023, they received a certification in Religions & Ecology: Restoring the Earth Community from Yale University. Additionally, in 2011, they had completed a Nanotechnician Training Program from the University of California, Riverside.
