Tom Murdin

Tom Murdin has a diverse work experience history. Tom started their career as an Intern at Cummins Inc. in 2016 where they gained experience in engine production and CAD software. Tom then joined Waitrose & Partners as a Supermarket Assistant, where they handled various tasks such as shop floor maintenance, stock estimation, and customer service.

In 2020, Tom joined X-Lab Ltd. as a Technical Project Manager, deploying NPEx software to healthcare sites and providing support. Tom also assisted the Covid-19 Test and Trace scheme in processing test results. During their time at X-Lab Ltd., they received nominations for the Impact to the Business Award and the Proficiency & Excellence Award.

Tom returned to X-Lab in 2021 as a Customer Support Analyst, providing customer support to healthcare sites. Tom continued this role in 2023, where they focused on delivering first-class customer support to NHS and private healthcare sites both in the UK and internationally. Tom also obtained the ITIL 4 Foundation qualification.

Tom Murdin holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leeds, which they obtained from 2017 to 2022. Tom also holds a Full United Kingdom Driving Licence from the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA), although the month and year of obtaining this license are not specified.
