Beth Muela

Beth Muela has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Beth currently holds the position of Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at YETI, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Meta, where they held various roles such as Recruiting Manager, Technical Sourcing Manager, and Recruiter & CW Assignment Manager. Beth was also a Sourcer for Facebook's Global Marketing Solutions team in North America. Before joining Meta, Beth worked at Dropbox, where they played a pivotal role in building the Revenue and Customer Experience Teams. Beth also had their own business, Loxodonta Weddings & Events, where they served as the owner from 2011 to 2016. Beth began their career as a Catering Manager at The Dallas World Aquarium and worked with the Events Team at National Instruments. Overall, Beth has a strong background in talent acquisition, recruitment, and event management.

Beth Muela attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Beth'sfield of study focused on Corporate Communication Studies and Business Foundations. In addition, in September 2009, they obtained a certification as a Professional Wedding Consultant from Nuptial Essentials Curriculum and Instruction, LLC.
