Shamik Gaitonde

Shamik Gaitonde has held a variety of roles in the industrial engineering, manufacturing, and procurement fields. In 2020, Gaitonde began working as an Industrial Engineer at Zahroof Valves Inc., where they led a team of 12 workers to facilitate the production of 60 categories of modules and valves worth $2 million. Shamik also rectified the incoming goods counting process, enhancing inventory accuracy by 10%, and utilized Global Shop and QuickBooks ERP systems to manage production scheduling, optimal safety stock, and order fulfillment.
