Sheryl Tilton has over 30 years of experience in call center leadership, operations, training development and delivery, quality management, customer experience, and business management/support. Sheryl has worked in various roles at multiple companies, including ZenBusiness where they are currently the Vice President of Customer Care. Prior to that, they were the VP of Operations at Elevation Connect for four years. Sheryl has also held roles such as Sr. Manager of Revenue Management Training at Apria Healthcare, Director of Client Services at Teleperformance, and Director of Training & Quality at Alorica. Sheryl started their career at MCI where they held several positions, including Director of Data Strategy and Senior Business Manager.
Sheryl Tilton attended the University of Iowa from 1987 to 1988, where they studied Psychology. Sheryl later attended the University of Phoenix from 1995 to 1997, focusing on Business Management.
