Anne Johnston

Anne Johnston joined Ziegler in 2021. As Director, Head of Human Resources, Anne provides oversight to their human resources programs and initiatives including: talent management, employee engagement, total rewards, DE&I, and philanthropy. In addition, she sits on the firm’s Operation and Retirement Committees.

Anne has more than 25 years of experience working with professional services organization in the financial, insurance, engineering and IT industries. She has extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, employee development and engagement and benefits and compensation.

Anne is a graduate of Michigan State University where she majored in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She is a Senior Certified HR Professional (SHRM-SCP) and is an active member with the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
