Back by popular demand, we have uncovered the coolest jobs in tech at some of the world’s most transparent, forward-thinking, and disruptive brands.
The American Psychological Association surveyed 1,562 U.S. workers and found that 25% dont trust their employers. This is a trend that has persisted for decades, but with a new focus on transparency and open communication, many companies have unlocked a secret to keeping employees happy and retain them longer.
Transparency is the future of work. Consumers want more transparency from the brands they buy, applicants want more transparency from the companies they consider, and team members want more transparency from their employers. Secrecy is dead. The world is evolving quickly toward transparency at all levels of business.
See incredible open jobs at Postmates, Oscar Health, and other transparent and rising companies. Interested candidates can add their names for consideration in just a few clicks.
Postmates
In the past, we've all sat at home and wondered, “Why can’t I have food delivered that I really want?”. In 2011 Bastian Lehmann, the Co-Founder, Chairman & CEO of Postmates, set out to answer that question. Nine years later, Postmates has seen explosive growth with over 500,000 fleet members and 600,000 merchants that serve 80% of households in the U.S. in its network.
The company is on a mission to enable anyone to have anything delivered on-demand. The unfortunate circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic have not only made delivery a priority but often a necessity. With an acquisition from Uber on the horizon and room for more exponential growth, Postmates is looking to add a Director, Sales Strategy & Operations, a key role in further scaling the growth of our merchant partnerships and revenue.
Oscar Health
Before giving birth to his first child in 2012, Oscar Co-founder and CEO, Mario Schlosser, and his wife found themselves lost in the complex bureaucracy of a broken health care system. He decided to fix it. Oscar Health has since raised more than $1.5 billion in funding and has a team of over 1,400 employees and 400,000 members. Not a bad start, and as the company likes to say, “We’re just getting started”.
In 2021, Oscar Health is looking to expand into 18 states and 45 total markets, pending regulatory approval. With this growth the team at Oscar Health is looking to add a Director of Security Engineering to help lead major security program functions as the business and team continues to scale.

Course Hero
Since its founding in 2006, Course Hero has grown up quite a bit. The former spark notes of textbooks has evolved into a Netflix-like subscription platform with more than 40 million course materials, studying and tutoring resources for college students.

For the first time this year, Tristian Handy and the rest of the Fishtown team realized they could not keep up with what customers were asking from them. So they raised a $12.9 million Series A round led by Andreessen Horowitz in April. Next on the agenda is continuing to build and go to market with a great product.
