Stephen Duca

Stephen Duca is the Executive Director at National Shipbuilding Research Program (NSRP). With a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from U.S. Coast Guard Academy and a Master of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Duca has extensive experience in the maritime industry. Prior to their current role, Stephen held positions at companies such as Booz Allen Hamilton and the U.S. Coast Guard, where Stephen served in various leadership roles with responsibilities ranging from strategic planning to managing multi-million dollar budgets. Duca also served as a Retired Captain in the U.S. Coast Guard.
