Ville Lindfors

Ville Lindfors has over 20 years of work experience. Ville started their career in 1997 as a System Specialist at ICL invia. In 2000, they moved to Nice-business Solutions Finland Oy, where they also held the role of System Specialist. Ville then joined Bonware Oy in 2001 as their CTO. In 2011, they moved to F-Secure Corporation, where they held the roles of Director of Cloud Platforms and Security Cloud Lead. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Aiven as their Senior Site Reliability Engineering Director and Site Reliability Engineering Director.

Ville Lindfors is currently enrolled in the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching program at Henley Business School, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Ville previously obtained a Specialist Qualification in Management from AEL in 2014, and a Personal Trainer certification from Personal Trainer Akatemia in 2018. Ville also attended the University of Helsinki.
