Fabian Odenhall is a Customer Success Manager at Albacross. Fabian has advised revenue teams within Intent data, Analytics Enrichment, Website personalization & Account based marketing.

Operationally, they have complete responsibility of a portfolio of Enterprise & SME accounts + driving the CSM part of our partners. Fabian is measured on the portfolio's retention & growth rate. Fabian is responsible for the onboarding, adoption, usage, value realization, QBRs & technical setup. Additionally, they manage & negotiates renewals and creates, acts & follows up on Success plans with C-levels & key stakeholders. Fabian also identifies and, partly together with the AE, acts on upsell and cross sell opportunities. Furthermore, they manage Customer Advocacy - success stories/customer testimonial, G2s etc. Lastly, they plan & executes Sales & Marketing Training & Education Presentations with stakeholders and end-users and continuously develops best practice material for the customers.

Fabian acts as their customer's strategic advisor and understands their customer's business through consultative questioning.

Managerially, they are responsible for one team member's output, who reports to him. Additionally, they interview potential CSMs in the recruitment process and is responsible for the department's customer portfolio management and the customer journey-processes & playbooks.

Engineering-wise, they manage feature request & technical incidents for their portfolio and owns the technical set up of their portfolio

They are on a team with Oleksii Kosenko - Senior Customer Success Manager, Tara Maria Yadao - Customer Support, and Katarzyna Sutor - AdOps Representative. Their manager is TBC, Head of Customer Success.
