Svetlana Mkrtchan

Svetlana Mkrtchan has over 25 years of work experience in customer service. Svetlana started their career at Gillette Group as a Senior Customer Service Supervisor in 1993 and worked there until 2005. Svetlana then joined Bunge CIS as a Customer Service Manager from 2005 to 2008. After that, they worked at Unimilk as a Customer Service Manager from 2008 to 2012. Svetlana then moved to The Dannon Company and served as a CI development manager from 2012 to 2013. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Service at Amer Sports Corporation since November 2013.
