Clint Gorman, CEM, EIT has a diverse and extensive work experience. Clint currently serves as the President of the Association of Energy Engineers and previously held the position of Treasurer in the same organization. Clint also worked as a Regional Energy Engineer at Nissan Motor Corporation. In 2019, Clint joined the United States Department of Defense as an Installation Energy Manager, where they were responsible for implementing energy and water plans and researching energy efficiency technologies. Prior to that, they worked at Tetra Tech as an Energy Engineer for the Army Resource Efficiency Manager program. Clint has also worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at CDM Smith, an Industrial Engineering Intern at UPS, a Program Quality Engineer Intern at Pratt & Whitney, and served in various roles in the US Navy, including Damage Control Firefighter Petty Officer, Oxygen Generator Petty Officer, Refrigeration Petty Officer, Quality Assurance Petty Officer, Repair Parts Petty Officer, and Submarine Machinist Mate.

Clint Gorman, CEM, EIT, has a diverse education history. Clint obtained their Defense Energy Certification from Naval Postgraduate School in 2021. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from San Francisco State University between 2015 and 2017. Clint started their academic journey at San Diego Mesa College in 2013, where they pursued Mechanical Engineering before transferring to SFSU. Clint completed their high school education at San Lorenzo Valley High School from 2004 to 2007.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Clint has obtained several certifications. Clint earned the Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification from the Association of Energy Engineers in October 2021. Earlier in August 2021, they acquired the Contracting Officer Representative certification from the Defense Acquisition University. Clint also holds the Facilities Engineering Level 2 certification from the same institution, which they obtained in June 2020. Additionally, they received their Engineer In Training certification from NCEES in May 2018.
