Odai Jada

Odai Jada has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Odai began their career as a Resident Oracle Developer at Middle East Digital Communication Company in 2007, where they organized training sessions and performed various database tasks. Odai then worked as a Computer Networks Engineer at Murabahat Investment Company from 2008 to 2012, where they created IT department policies and implemented a new disaster recovery strategy. Odai then joined Arch Holding Group as an Information Systems Department Supervisor from 2012 to 2013, successfully managing the IT department projects and developing a business continuity plan.

In 2013, Odai became an IT Consultant at Radical Solutions Company, representing clients in vendor meetings, developing policies and procedures, and setting up IT infrastructures. Odai then transitioned to The DataFlow Group as an Operations Manager from 2015 to 2018, overseeing daily operations and implementing process improvement initiatives.

Odai gained valuable experience at Amazon from 2018 to 2021, serving as a Catalog Manager. In this role, they managed vendor relationships, improved operational aspects, and provided thought leadership for planning and execution. Odai successfully implemented a pilot image-compliance project and organized training sessions to enhance team productivity.

From 2021 to 2022, Odai worked at Basket بسكت as an Operations Optimization Manager, focusing on improving operational efficiency. Odai then joined TDM Group as a Project Manager, responsible for implementing the PMO's methodology, monitoring program and project reports, and establishing frameworks for program and project management.

Currently, Odai is working as an Agile Program Manager at APG eCommerce Solutions, a role they started in 2022. Overall, they have continuously developed their skills in program and project management, operations optimization, and IT consultation throughout their career.

Odai Jada obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Jordan, where they studied from 2000 to 2006. In addition, they have obtained several certifications in project management and related areas. In 2019, they completed the "Negotiating Your Salary" course from LinkedIn. The following year, in 2020, they completed the "Demonstrating Accountability as a Leader" course from LinkedIn, as well as the "Prepare for the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Exam" course. In 2021, they obtained certifications in "Become a Six Sigma Yellow Belt" and "Lean Six Sigma: Analyze, Improve, and Control Tools" from LinkedIn. In 2022, they completed multiple project management courses including "Foundations of Project Management," "Project Planning: Putting It All Together," "Project Execution: Running the Project," and "Agile Project Management" from Coursera. Odai also obtained certifications for "Capstone: Applying Project Management in the Real World" and "Google Project Management Certificate" from Coursera in the same year. Finally, in 2023, they obtained certifications in "Scrum Master Certification" from Coursera, and certifications in "Project Portfolio Management Foundations," "Agile at Work: Driving Productive Agile Meetings," and "Agile Hybrid Project Pro" from LinkedIn.
