Ryann Edwards

Ryann Edwards has a significant amount of work experience in service operations and resource management. Ryann is currently working as the Senior Director of Service Operations at Aquiva Labs, starting in August 2022. Prior to this, they held several roles at GreenPages Technology Solutions. From February to August 2022, they served as the Director of Service Operations. From September 2019 to August 2022, they were the Director of RMO, responsible for effectively managing the resourcing of professional services engagements. Ryann also worked as the RMO Manager from May 2015 to August 2022 and as a Professional Services Resource Specialist from March 2012 to August 2022. Before joining GreenPages Technology Solutions, Ryann worked as a Project Manager from September 2006 to December 2011.

Ryann Edwards attended Plymouth State University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. Ryann'sdegree focused on Corporate Communications and Media Studies. In 2015, Ryann also obtained the RMCP® certification from the Resource Management Institute. Furthermore, they received certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, although the exact date of obtaining this certification is unknown.
